There are no questions today that dentists are able to restore the condition and color of a tooth, but poor-quality of root canal treatments can cross out in one day external aesthetics and also your further calmness and health.

Poor-quality root canals lead to inflammatory diseases and early loss of teeth.

You have to admit, that even if you will be pleased with beautifully restored tooth, painful sensations in the future will ruin everything.

In Patelka Dental there are all necessary equipment, materials and technologies providing qualitative treatment of root canals: Digital Apex-locator, Ultrasonic Endo Scaler, Torque Limit Control Motor Kit, etc.

Here are some steps in the root canal procedure:

Dental Assistant x-rays the tooth, then doctor provides patient with high-grade anesthesia.

When patient is “numbed up”, doctor makes a small opening in the crown of the tooth. Then manual and automatic instruments are used to clean the pulp chamber and root canals.

After the root canals are cleaned and shaped, dentist fills it with a special material, called “gutta-percha.” The gutta-percha is placed with an adhesive cement to ensure complete sealing of the root canals.

You should return to our dentist to have a crown or other restoration placed on the tooth to protect and restore it to full function. Our dentist will discuss the need for any additional dental work with you.
